Granulation

Sandvik provides granulation systems for the granulation of a large variety of chemicals and food stuff. Sandvik's granulation systems are capable of granulating directly from the melt into solid - in the form of pastilles, micropastilles, flakes and strips.

High-efficient pastillation system

Sandvik's efficient Rotoform granulation system is a combination of a steel-belt cooler and a proven feeding device (drop depositor) for production of premium quality pastilles. It is widely used in, for example, sulphur solidification and urea pastillation.
