At Sandvik we engineer total sulphur solidification and handling systems to the strictest production and environmental parameters, with a typical turnkey project covering everything from pumping liquid sulphur from the storage tank, to loading equipment for the end product.

Our activities range from cooperation during FEED (front-end engineering design) to EPC (engineering procurement construction) contracts, and turnkey solutions include liquid sulphur supply, solidification and downstream handling of solid sulphur* as well as utility equipment and control systems.
We have expanded our product portfolio by purchasing the proprietary technology and know-how of the Calgary-based Brimrock Group Inc. This significantly broadens our offering to market, encompassing liquid sulphur degassing, granulation, block pouring, remelting and consulting services.
* The same granulation system can be used to process sulphur, sulphur bentonite and sulphur derivates with minimal modification.

Our compact and versatile Brimrock SR800™ sulphur remelter is capable of processing up to 35 tonnes per hour of pure solid sulphur.
We also offer our Brimrock CSR575 for remelting sulphur that has been contaminated with solids.
